The hotel is conveniently located near popular spots like Shangri-la, Megamall, and Astoria Plaza restaurant. The room with the kitchenette that I booked online was neat and affordable. It was a treat to have a living room and dining area in the room. The staff were incredibly accommodating.

Location: the hotel was short walk to 2 major shopping areas and SM Megamall and other hot spots and also 7/11 market. The room was tidy with 2 baths and rain shower, as example, everything was beautiful.

I recently stayed at Astoria Plaza and I had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with many shops and restaurants in close proximity. I highly recommend Astoria Plaza for a fantastic stay.

I did appreciate the hotel staff being polite and accommodating, and they were also nice to talk to even over the phone which I did when I was still abroad asking asking about my reservation. The room rates are competitively reasonable considering the location which is about few minutes away from the shopping center. Complementary breakfast was great and I could eat there every morning because they change their menu each day.

Since it is warm/hot and humid in the philippines, I didn't like the fact that I feel the same every time I would step out of our room. I have experienced staying in 3 different rooms, 2 have bath tabs that were hard to use because of the design too cramped with the shower head placed in an odd way. The corridors and even the lobby were not a nice place to remain while waiting for someone you would want to meet with, or for your ride to arrive. Waiting for the elevators sometimes could be frustrating, you could hear them come up and down passing by your floor as if ignoring you wanting to get in it. You will definitely not like getting trapped down at the parking level waiting for an elevator that will bring you up to livable surface level of the earth (exaggerated!). Reasonable room rate, nice looking and very polite hotel staff upset the negative issues i have had during my stay.

The check-out process was a bit slow due to payment collection. The 2-bedroom suite was spacious and my nephew loved it. The staff were professional and accommodating. The room was well-kept with free WIFI, cable, and comfy beds. The location was easily accessible by different modes of transportation.

The room was on the 31st floor and the views from the bedrooms were very nice. The staff were very helpful & professional. We plan to stay at Astoria Plaza when we return to Manila.
